Cruden Homes (West) Ltd is delighted to welcome you to this online public exhibition which presents our development proposals for the land at 23 Burgh Hall Street, Glasgow.

We are keen to hear the views of the local community as your feedback will inform our proposals as we move towards an application for planning permission in early 2021.

This website will be available for viewing between 8th December 2020 and 15th January 2021. Feedback and comments can be provided throughout this period to Iceni Projects on behalf of Cruden Homes (West) Ltd by email to 23burghhallstreet@iceniprojects.com, by phoning 07527918199 or via the feedback form on this website.

Any comments must be received no later than 15th January 2021.

It is anticipated that this website will be updated with additional material as it becomes available.

Please note that comments made at this time are not representations to the Planning Authority. Once the planning application is submitted you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposed development to Glasgow City Council.

Why Are We Consulting?

The proposals for the redevelopment of 23 Burgh Hall Street comprise a Local Development – such development proposals are not subject to formal pre-application consultation regulations, however, Cruden Homes (West) Ltd has elected to engage with the local community and public consultation has been carried out in line with Scottish Government Regulations.

Cruden Homes (West) Ltd wish to engage with the local community to ensure effective consultation in the local area prior to the submission of the planning application.
