Why Are We Consulting?
The proposals for the redevelopment of 23 Burgh Hall Street comprise a Local Development – such development proposals are not subject to formal pre-application consultation regulations, however, Cruden Homes (West) Ltd has elected to engage with the local community and public consultation has been carried out in line with Scottish Government Regulations.
